Kelly has worked in the transportation industry for the past 27 years. The positions he has held include Federal Law Enforcement Officer, Professional Driver, Driver Trainer, Driver Recruiter, Safety Supervisor, and Safety Manager over a Recruiting Department for a 1720 truck fleet. Using these experiences Kelly founded Impact in January 1998.
Through his real world solution based training Kelly has become one of the transportation industries most sought after speaker/trainers.
Kelly founded the International Society of Recruiting and Retention Professionals, Co-Founded the 3 largest Recruiting and Retention Conferences in North America. He is an Adjunct Instructor for two colleges, is on the Board of Directors for the Missouri Trucking Association, and is Chairman of the ATA Safety Management Council Driver Recruitment, Retention, and Wellness Committee.
Matt Lee is the Vice President of Business Development for Ramsey MediaWorks and serves on several committees with the ATA Safety Management Council. He has worked in the marketing and advertising field for the past 20 years holding positions of Senior Account Manager, President, Owner, and VP. Matt manages advertising campaigns for around 20 carriers across the U.S. and Canada and has been a presenter for the Master Recruiting Techniques course for the past two years. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and any other outdoor activity in his spare time. He lives in Joplin, Missouri, with his wife, Sarah, and their two children (11 and 15).
